I CURRENTLY RUN AN ICOM 2820 WITH A SHARK OPENSPOT 1 EVERYTHING BEEN GREAT OVER PAST YEAR UNTIL I DECIDED TO PUT MY RADIO BACK INTO STANDARD FM MODE, I THINK ITS POSSIBLY A SETTING ON THE SHARK BUT NOT SURE? IM CONNECTED TO 001C AND CAN HEAR EVERYTHING BUT UNABLE TO SEND A CALL OUT, MORE OR LESS ITS TELLING ME IM MAKING IT AS FAR AS THE MODEM BUT NOT ON THE NETWORK OR REFLECTOR!
ANY ADVICE PLEASE??

You need to be in digital for the shark to work not fm it will send a signal but the radio can't decode.
I'm not really understanding what you mean by putting the radio in standard fm ???

I am in digital mate like i said above i can listen on 001C all day to everything but not able to transmit! so not sure if the shark or radio?

If everything was fine last week then either it's your Internet connectionprovider or setting in the radio that's been changed......have you put the hotspot under too much stress regards RF.
Have you been on the shark community forum and asked for help those guys are pretty good with issues with the shark.

I can't work it out Wayne if you can hear the radio is obviously on the right frequency and in DV..... maybe a reset is needed on the shark and you will have to enter your call and operating frequency Wayne within the dashboard.
Your call hasn't been blocked on the network has it ? Due to some prat using it? As you not bring able to tx could possibly be a block administered by the dstsr gods highly unlikely but a possibility.
Try a reset just make a mental note of any alterations you have made.

I've been looking at the 3 tonight decisions decisions.

No mate its what i thought? a setting in the radio lol its still not 100% yet lol.
