Ten-Tec RX320D
I have a Ten-Tec RX-320D plus serial data cable to USB, and DC lead. I've downloaded the manual, but please.............where do I start? I'm a total novice and would appreciate any help in getting it going. Thank you, Richard gm0ogn

Re: Ten-Tec RX320D
I should have said my laptop runs on Windows 10.
I had hoped there was someone on this Forum who could, at least, point me in the right direction.

2 years later.............................I've now got an old computer running XP, I've found some software on the Ten-Tec site, I've got the correct leads, I just need a helping hand to get things set up and running..................please? 73 Richard gm0ogn
Richard Tentec are gems not many have found. All my.tentecs are normal.rigs so cant help but there are some.good groups.io grouos. One called simply tentec.groups.io
I suggest you have a look there.

Re: Ten-Tec RX320D
Thank you for the tips David. I'm hopeless with computers. I think probably the software I downloaded from Ten-Tec is just the graphics, and I need a disc or something with the main software on. Yes Ten-Tec lovely gear, I have an Omni 6+. 73 Richard gm0ogn
This sounds harsh...not as intended! Just baffled. My sentiments stand! Never tried the Omni...got the Orion 2, corsair 1 and 2, argonaut 565. Tentec are superb arent they?
I showed a friend the O2 yesterday and without prompt he described the QSK as being "like silk". So true.

Im.sorry, but if youre hopeless with computers why on earth buy SDR??? Buy an Orion 2 instead. You wont regret it.

Re: Ten-Tec RX320D
I bought the rx320 some years ago for £25, just to try things out, hardly the mistake of the century. Actually, the Omni 6+ knocks spots off the later Ten-Tec stuff.
