Post over the horizon radar
been trying to work a bit of dx today on 30 metres cw, then the band is destroyed with this over the horizon radar. does anybody in the group know what this radar is ment to detect?? whats the reason for it?? whos running it?? i know its a god damn pain in the rectum putting up with it... working a bit of DX is difficult enough these days without this sh1t to contend with also.......

its used by loads of countries.
as for what its for, anything the can see.
at least its not as bad as the woodpecker was in the 80s
