 One of those joyous moments...
A quiet night on 80m, had a short chat with G0GSY and signed off because Im tired after a week working away. usuual 'dit dit' from each of us with a not unusual 'dit dit' from an earwig...then, and this made me smile, about five other dit dits from listeners! I can only imagine the smiles all round as we complete strangers 'dit dit' each other around the ...country, world? Joy of joys. Love it. God bless wireless.

D I was listening but was not one of the ditters! Nice signal from you Dave but I couldn't hear that German station you struggled with at all. (Think I've turned back into an SWL) Nigel

D That's Ulli from Oldenburg, I quite often work him, I worked him last night on 3539.5kHz at 22:05 RST 579. He runs an FT7 15 watts to a long-wire. I wasn't one of the ditters either
