Just having a quick meander on the keys "for sale" on RIP-OFF BAY and it must be this new medication I have been taking!

Hi-Mound keys £150 :rotfl:

I have for sale to make my fortune ... Begalli Iambic key (retail from them £250) at £500; Alberto Fratini Iambic key (unused) £220 ... available at £750! Couple of Junkers (untouched and not messed around with paint) ... will let these go for £300 each.

AM I SEEING THINGS?

What planet are these people from?

I've got two Hi-Mounds here, and I think they are just great for everyday bashing.
But I've never figured out why they retail for any more than about £35.

Same here, I have a couple, one with cover complete, one minus it's cover.
Bought one off a mate for a few quid, the other was a gift from someone who found it in a shed clearance.
As you say once set up good basic bashers, but I am also bemused by the well over priced value some now seem to place upon them!

They are coming out like "teenage spots" on Rip-off Bay ... I must have thrown ££££££££££'s away over the years getting rid of these "prized" keys! I wish I still had my frog-eyed Sprite too!

Ebay is full of rip off merchants, like the normal 50p coin prices people are asking, it is worth ....er,, 50p not £50
Get a few chancers with similar rip off prices and the less clued up will think this is the normal price, then everyones at it then
Hopefully this will be the start of the downfall of ebay and the pricks with their highly over inflated prices
