Post 4 mtr moxon
Hi all after some advice bought ceecom 4m moxon it’s not resonant at 70 MHz it’s at 72 to 74 MHz the measurements seem not far off as they don’t answer emails anymore is there anything I can do to move it down to 70.200 MHz or a matching system any help much appreciated
Only bought as my home made one has started to drooping and can’t be bothered find all the bits to repair it.

Hi,
Nobody else seems to be answering so I will have a go.

:hello: I downloaded the data sheet for this antenna to determine how to adjust it .It looks quite straightforward .

Looking at the instructions it seems to me that this moxon is adjustable via releasing 2 jubilee clips .

Surely it is just a matter of making these two elements longer by a small amount for example 1cm at a time in order to bring the SWR closer to 70.200 ?
 looks that way to me .

I hope that helps in some way

the data sheet can be downloaded from ceecom.co.uk
