Post subject:  Fibreglass pole treatment?

I've a couple retractable, 20ft Nato fibreglass poles that i did have for sale, but having used them over the weekend with an end fed (may thanks Rab, MM0RMR....exceeded my expectations  ), I've decided to keep them.
They're looking shabby and could use some kind of treatment applying, but what do i use?
Any suggestions?

Many thanks!

exposure to uv makes fibreglass go flakey and causes irritation to your skin if touched, I usually use a can of spray paint to cover them and give them a coat once a year to block out the uv.
